Use these live pages when you want to apply the image rules.

Trackables and grouped workflows

Trackables and trackable groups can upload images during create and edit flows, and public trackables or public trackable groups can use the latest visible image in discovery and detail pages.

About Trackables

Public team pages and team finder

Public teams can expose their images on the team page and in the public team finder, so team images should be chosen with the same care as public copy.

About Teams

Support and reporting

Use the support page when an uploaded image needs review, when an image was rejected unexpectedly, or when a public image should be removed or corrected.

Support

Uploads are reviewed and processed

Geotrackable reviews uploaded images, creates shareable JPEG variants, and keeps the original page's access rules attached to the resulting image records.

Image location data can still matter

If the original file contains image-location metadata, Geotrackable can extract and store that coordinate data separately even after the image is converted for delivery.

Public pages inherit the page rules

Anyone who can open a public team page, public trackable page, or public trackable-group page can also open the images attached to that public content. Private workflows keep their images private with the same scope.

Route thumbnails come from visible location notes

A simple stop does not automatically create a public image placeholder. Journey callouts show a thumbnail only when a visible location note or another visible image source exists at that coordinate.

Report buttons stay near public images

Public image galleries include the report flag so a visitor can point support to one exact uploaded image instead of sending a vague message.

What is public today

On this host, public team pages, the public team finder, public trackable discovery, public trackable detail pages, and public trackable-group detail pages are the main places where uploaded images are intentionally exposed. Location workflows and editing flows can also carry images, but not every saved image automatically becomes a public gallery on this host.

A journey can include simple location reports and fuller location notes. Both move the route forward, but the route history stays tied to the saved stop while current visible location notes are rediscovered from the same coordinate.

Simple route stops without an attached full note do not become standalone public image galleries by themselves, which helps the public journey UI avoid suggesting that every stop includes a photo.

A saved route stop and a visible location note are not always the same thing, so clean page families make it easier to share, support, and explain the right page.

Geotrackable profiles currently focus on name, blurb, visibility, and connected pages rather than a separate standalone profile-image gallery.
